Hiii besties! My name is Alexis i’m a certified lash/brow tech and a licensed cosmetologist. I’m so grateful for everyone who has booked so far, and so excited to meet everyone who books in the future! I would appreciate if you take the time to read my policies before booking. 🫶🏼 ✨POLICIES✨ •No extra guests are allowed. •I do not offer refunds, If you have any issues with your lashes/brows within the next 3 days after your appointment please let me know and I will gladly fix it. After those 3 days it is no longer my responsibility. •I do not offer foreign fills, please add on a removal or come with natural lashes to ensure your appointment goes smoothly. •Please come with clean natural lashes, this means no mascara, no makeup around the eyes, and no strip lash glue. If you come with dirty lashes this can affect your retention and the overall quality of your lashes. If you are receiving a brow service this applies to the brows as well. •Please keep in mind that strip lash glue can be hard to remove, If I am unable to remove it we might not be able to go through with your service. •I accept cash and apple pay. ✨Deposits/Cancellations/Rescheduling✨ •Rescheduling/Cancellations must be made 24hours before your appointment. •All deposits are non-refundable, meaning if you cancel you will not receive your deposit back. You are allowed to reschedule once and use that same deposit but after the second reschedule a new deposit is required. •A $15 deposit is required to book a full lash set, a $10 deposit is required for fills and brow services. These amounts do go toward your service. •No shows will not be allowed to book again without prepaying the entire service amount. ✨Arriving to your appointment✨ •If you are running late please let me know as soon as possible, if you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you are over 30 minutes late with no communication, your appointment will be cancelled and you will not receive your deposit back. •Please leave a little earlier especially if you are a new client, traffic can be heavy depending on the time of your appointment. •I am located at 1419 Commercial Ave San Antonio, TX 78221 suite 16.
